  • Drainage sump pumps with accessible floats

  • Electrical service line and meter box

  • Main disconnect and service amperage

  • Electrical panels, breakers and fuses

  • GFCIs, receptacles and switches

  • Grounding and bonding

  • Basement and or crawl-space

  • Foundation

  • Garage doors, safety sensors, and openers

INSPECTION AGREEMENT

An inspection agreement must be signed and payment recieved before final report is sent out. I can email you a copy of the agreement ahead of time so we can have everything ready before the actual inspection. Any questions give me a call or send me an email.
